How much does shipping cost and do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do offer free shipping on all orders in which the product totals are $75.00 and over (not including tax and shipping costs).
The cost of shipping depends on the type of shipping method you choose during checkout.

How Fast Do Items Ship?

We do our best to send orders out as promptly as possible once they have been processed. While there is generally minimal delay in shipping time, on occasion some orders will experience delays beyond the indicated shipping time due to unforeseen circumstances. If delays in shipping occur, we will make reasonable attempts to inform the customer of the order’s progress.

Changes of Address

Changes of address must be made before placing an order or during checkout. If you want to change the address of an existing order before it ships, please contact us immediately. Destinations cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.

How can I change my billing or shipping address?

You can change your shipping and billing address by logging into the store and clicking on “Account Maintenance”. Alternatively, you can change your address during the checkout process. Orders previously shipped will not be affected.

Do you accept international orders?

We do not accept international orders at this time. Currently, we only accept orders from locations within the United States. Additionally, we  currently  ship orders only to addresses within the United States.
